Welcome to KuralWise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KuralWise mobile application provided by WiselyRise Solutions ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using KuralWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 · Acceptance
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using KuralWise ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a minor child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on the child's behalf.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the application.
02 · License
Permitted Use & License Grant
WiselyRise Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to use KuralWise on your personal mobile devices solely for:
- Personal educational enrichment and cultural learning
- Preparation for school recitation competitions and academic examinations
- Daily mindfulness and wisdom practice
- Non-commercial family and classroom use
This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

School & Classroom Use: Teachers and Tamil educators are welcome and encouraged to recommend KuralWise to students for personal device use in contest preparation and classroom enrichment — free of charge. School Pack rollout is currently in work. Contact contact@wiselywise.in for institutional enquiries and early-access updates.
03 · Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property Rights
📜 Public Domain
- The original Tamil couplets of Thirukkural by Sage Thiruvalluvar are ancient classical literature in the public domain.
- Traditional commentaries (பரிமேலழகர், etc.) predating copyright are similarly public domain.

- KuralWise app UI/UX designs, graphic assets, and illustrations
- The 8-stage SM-2 mastery architecture and coach engine
- Story narratives (வள்ளுவர் பார்வை) & Life Pearls (வாழ்க்கை நல்முத்து)
- Pre-rendered studio audio capsules and voice sequences
- 3-tier multi-audience meaning system (Kids · Standard · Scholarly)
- Recitation Sprint, Cue-Card, and Teleprompter training mechanics
- Situational life-tag taxonomy and emotion-search system
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the App's compiled assets
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially resell KuralWise's proprietary audio files, illustrations, or pedagogical content
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices within the App
- Use the App or its content to train or fine-tune any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without prior written consent
04 · Content Accuracy
Educational Nature & Content Accuracy
KuralWise is designed as an educational and cultural self-improvement companion. While we take immense care in curating authentic interpretations — drawing on classical commentators including பரிமேலழகர், Dr. மு. வரதராசனார், and சாலமன் பாப்பையா — and in aligning TNPSC Unit 8 content with official syllabuses, the application is provided for personal enrichment and study support.
We make no warranty that the content satisfies the specific marking criteria of any particular examination board, competition judge, or educational institution. Users preparing for official examinations or competitions should cross-reference with their official syllabus documents and institution guidelines.
Recitation Championship Suite metrics (sprint timings, pace benchmarks) are designed for personal training and motivation. World record claims are based on publicly reported competition data and are for reference purposes.
05 · User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use KuralWise only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the App
- Use the App to transmit or distribute malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications
As KuralWise is 100% offline with no user accounts or social features, most conduct concerns applicable to connected apps do not apply here.
06 · Disclaimers
Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
WiselyRise Solutions does not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results obtained from using the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Audio content will be compatible with all device hardware configurations
07 · Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WiselyRise Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the application
- Loss of local data due to device failure, uninstallation, or OS updates
- Examination results or competition outcomes
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
08 · Governing Law
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of KuralWise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
