KeyWise Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using KeyWise, you agree to these Terms and the KeyWise Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Scope

KeyWise is a local-first credential manager. Current production scope includes encrypted on-device vault management, local backup/restore flows, and one-time Premium unlock for higher limits.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

• You are responsible for device security, lock credentials, and backup handling.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own recovery information.
• You should use the app in compliance with applicable local laws.

4. Premium Purchase

• Premium is offered as a one-time purchase in supported stores.
• Pricing may vary by region or tax rules.
• Billing, refunds, and disputes for in-app purchase transactions are handled under Google Play policies and your store account terms.

5. Security and Data Handling

• Vault data is encrypted and stored locally on your device.
• You must verify backup files before deleting original vault data.
• WiselyRise is not responsible for loss caused by device compromise, forgotten lock credentials, or insecure backup storage outside the app.

6. Prohibited Use

• Do not reverse engineer or abuse app security controls.
• Do not use the service for unlawful credential theft or unauthorized access.
• Do not attempt to interfere with distribution platform protections.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify features, limits, UI behavior, and release configuration over time. We may suspend or discontinue app distribution at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

KeyWise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiselyRise Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of KeyWise.

10. Termination

You may stop using KeyWise at any time. We may suspend access to app services or pages for misuse or legal reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, unless local mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
